This commitment to responsive communication is vital for addressing guest needs promptly and efficiently, as highlighted by a long-term returning family.

My family has returned to Hocking River RV Park for four years now. We love that although it is a quiet RV park, they have tent spaces that are big enough for our 20 person tent. Most of the sites have power, and there is a nice shower house with flush toilets, and clean showers. Site management is a phone call or email away and very responsive to anything that comes up. (Although we have never actually had an issue on site). Another thing we love Is that We always feel very safe there and most of the other groups in their RVs are very respectful of the sites rules. I highly recommend this for anyone who likes to camp, But also likes to have modern plumbing and electricity. There’s lots of green trees and a beautiful view of the River right there along the site. We look forward to returning to Hocking River RV Park for many years to come!

Staff was very rude when I called to cancel due to wife's emergency surgery. Not what I expected from a church owned facility. Total lack of any professionalism, acted as if I was an inconvenience to their day. I don't normally leave reviews, especially negative ones, but this place was exceptionally rude. Again, not what I was expecting from a church owned facility. Does not make us want to visit.

Been coming here for a couple of years with family. Always been peaceful and quiet. Still is, but the upkeep has deteriorated. Grass is high, restrooms/showers are a mess and not kept up with. Usually see cleaning personnel and maintenance a couple of times during our stays. This year we haven’t anyone in 4 days.

First time there. When we first arrived our site was occupied. Keith who over sees the park was on scene and was able to move us to another site, which turned out to actually be a better site. Granted all the sites are nice. I loved that all the fire pits were right on the river. Watching all the canoes, kayaks and floaters traveling down the river was enjoyable. If you want a peaceful campground which is in a great location to all the parks and hiking this is the place to stay. Once again thank you Keith.

We were just visiting a couple of friends who were staying in the park. It was nice and quiet while we were there. Not too many campers. Some guys caught some huge fish in the river which runs RIGHT BY the park. There is one less steep area where you can get down to the river but my friends were smart and brought a ladder so they could easily go up and down the steep bank. Google maps does not take you here. I had to go to my friend's location to actually get here. Google maps took us to a row of 10 or 12 cabins near a conference center? Only about 2 minutes away, but it was definitely not correct. So be aware of that.
