Go slow! 7 mph and he means it! Mr LaVergne keeps a nice park' VERY family oriented! Kids are at play so go slow! The owner patrols the park regularly, talks to everybody and is very friendly but *** No Drugs, No Theft, No Fights, and No Speeding*** or you will not be able to stay. This man puts his heart and soul into this property and it shows in The Community he fosters. Very enjoyable place to live.
