Have been living out here for some time now, there is nothing but entitlement and rude inconsiderate neighbors and drivers. You would think living in the country people would slow down just a bit, but no. It’s actually quite the opposite. There is one black jeep specifically with Valhalla written on it that likes to speed through the neighborhood and pass people on no passing zones, there is also lot of drug activity in the neighborhoods that the local sheriff’s do nothing about even after multiple reports. Specifically methamphetamines. My recommendation is that you seek residence elsewhere, this place is nothing but rude and inconsiderate people. If there was no stars that’s what I would give.
