I've lived here for months now and its great! There are neighborhood guidelines that must be followed but honestly, just dont be loud at all hours, keep your dog leashed, and upkeep your home and you're gonna be just fine. Management is very responsive and attentive and as long as you make your payments on time, you'll never hear a cross word from them.
I use to enjoy living here until the new ownership took over. The lot rent has increased by over $200 more per month. Each year they give notice that they are raising the rent starting in December on 1st. lol. Forget about Christmas. Painful for those on a fixed income.
I agree totaly with the other comment it hasn't been good since the new owners and they said we was getting this and that when they took over but all they have done is raise our rent and don't nothing in return. Bad bad management
Went to ask about a rental property and the receptionist or whatever she was, was very rude . Basically telling me I couldn’t afford it without seeing my income . Y’all need to fire her or teach her about hospitality.
This place is Under New Management and new ownership they're trying to get everything up to code and back looking like they did a long time ago when It first open and about some of the reviews saying noisy and got rodents like groundhogs yes they had groundhogs but the new management and owners and maintenance team is trying to get a handle on it. So people can feel welcome and happy to call this park a home
