I've stayed at almost all other parks within 25 miles of here and can say unequivocally this is the best price, value and guest service. The owners and management do an excellent job, they do not make you feel like an unwanted guest in their backyard like a lot of places. The location gives you the Durant city limits but a cool backcountry vibe, direct access to the highways gets you anywhere in 10 minutes.

After leaving another campground because of problems at my original site, we called Inn and Out. VERY nice man said he had space. When we arrived he gave us a really nice space. It has ZERO shade. The whole lot is crushed rock, so I recommend wearing fully covered shoes for support. The dog park does have a covered bench. It’s easy to find and easy to get in and out! Super nice staff. Sites are level.

This was a wonderful place for us to stay overnight . The manager was very helpful, accommodating and eager to answer all of our questions. The park is all gravel, with a nice covered picnic area as well as a shaded fenced in dog park . Our 45 ft fifth wheel fit nicely in the large spot, and we did have to park our dually in the empty space next to us which was approved by the manager. The park is not designed for big rigs, but on this day they were able to accommodate . The park has easy access off of the road with no obstacles upon entry or exit . We would definitely stay here and recommend this quiet, well maintained rv park .

This place is amazing and the gentleman at the front office was extremely helpful and friendly. We were the first time RVers and we reached this location at around 9 pm for the first stop because the rental company delayed the process. I was very anxious about hooking up everything and learnt so late in the night that Cruise America didn't provide the right sewer hose to set it up. This gentleman went to Walmart so late in the night and grabbed the right adapter for us to use and provided us much needed information to carry out the rest of the RV trip peacefully. I would definitely visit again. The place was all gravel and leveled. There's a shaded picnic gazebo.
