Customer Reviews
I stayed at this location in my RV for around six months. Nothing but lies and problems. L*sa talked me into paying a deposit two weeks early so they could hold my spot. The next month she said that they started charging me the day I reserved it. Even with documentation and showing proof of her multiple lies to the owner, he did nothing about it. When I left, it took two months to receive a paper check to refund my deposit. L*sa doesn't even know how to address an envelope. Don't go here unless you want to lose money or have a lawyer in the family. They make you pay for trash and sewer as well. They have NO amenities.
WelI I live here, and I have to say it's pretty clean. Is right next to the lake, and it is very clean, very quiet. People expect neighbors to be 100% nice. But come on, every neighbor has their own personality. But when it comes to residential, it's excellent it's quiet and is never no drama. People expect to have a facility like a mansion, but overall it's actually a place to stay.
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!! trashiest place ever. too jammed packed. all owner wants is every last penny you have. money hungry greedy person. all about love and acceptance but is a LITERAL NIGHTMARE. wants trailer park ‘clean’ SOOOO FAR FROM CLEAN. says you can’t have certain dog breeds. but it’s packed with said dogs that aren’t allowed. owners son was doing our lawn all of a sudden says he can’t do it and tacks on charges. if you have chairs on your porch ya bet the owner is going to throw a big fuss and tack on charges!!! YOUNG COUPLES BE AWARE!
Okay I’ve lived here 7 months and honestly I’m a very nice fair person but when I moved in I had to clean it myself the A/C didn’t work at first I have two small children so for one month the landlord states he has to call the Owner which I’ve never met or talked too. They send some random people to try” and repair the mobile home I’ve paid rent on time before but I’ve been late here recently due to being sick during the pandemic, the landlord hangs up on me when I try and explain my tennet issues. And Today he shouted at me to go home and leave even though I had a mask on to talk to him all I was asking for was a time and date where he could send somebody to fix my floor but instead he sends someone while I was in bed rest. So my husband told the repair man to leave it wasn’t a good time. Honestly I pay my rent and late charges where it states on my lease but the management argues with me tells me to leave despite I try and pay them they are very disrespectful and with out a doubt it looks like this business might go under because people pay good money around 750.00-800.00 but the management can’t find anyone to fix the trailers. I don’t understand that and despite I can’t talk to the owner it’s disappointing bc if he knew he was losing business then this place might change. Also the roads here is terrible there are ALOT of potholes everywhere so whatch for your car when you drive they here. I don’t recommend this place because of the poor management they have in the meantime I’ll pray for them bc like I said there is a pandemic going on and they shouldn’t yell at tenets bc they was late even though it states in the lease they can pay late. Save your money bc you don’t need big holes for your family to step on and get hurt bc living here there is no telling if they will ever fix anything. Instead they want your money and good luck basically. Have a blessed day.
Maybe rated a little low just 1st impressions not overly appealing having said that i was told what a friend was paying in rent and if cost is anything close to the real price, I would like to be able to check it out for myself. Will have to go to the office and get the answer from the office for real cost, availability ect at which time currently 3 star could be upgraded due to the affordability of the current lots available. Will have to follow up with the current property manager to be more specific on this issue
