Mostly long term residents but some overnights available We stayed a couple of weeks and it was great. Friendly neighbors snd the owner Richard was very accommodating.

This place helped me out when I was new to the area. Very nice manager. Have a view slips available for overnight or short timers. Unassuming place, with full hookups, and quiet residents. Not a huge turn around area. Call first.

Met with the owner today! Very CLEAN park. Yards are kept trash and debri free. Trees were trimmed. Roadway well maintained. Lot size was typical ans efficient. Home was maintained very well. Appliances clean and fitting.

Richard and his wife are great people. I rented from him for 6 years and he was an excellent landlord. You don’t meet people like him very often in life. I would highly recommend Little Corral MHP. Nice little community of people.
