Very friendly owner Kevin. If you respect his land he is very willing to help you. Had a pipe fitting break early in the morning he came over before I headed off to work and let me know about it, when I came back he said he fixed it and everything was good to go. This is on his own land where he lives so be considerate if you're going to be up late.

Looks like a long term trailer park for old trailers and campers. Not a short term or overnight stop. Old and out dated. No restrooms. No showers.
