Went out to Riverton because I couldn't get anyone to answer or call me back. Looked at a place for sale for$3,999 so I made an offer for $3,200 which was turned down the manager didn't seem to know anything about the trailer for one next thing I know again I can't get ahold of her, then I see on marketplace the cost went down to $1,500. But they wouldn't take my $3,200 seems a bit sketchy to me

The owner was phenomenal and took care of the park and kept it clean and nice. Now, the current owners are awful. They have let the park go downhill so much. The roads are awful with potholes everywhere. Some are big enough to damage the bottom of your car. The park now looks like a dump. Empty mobile homes, broken out windows, overgrown yards. People are moving out due to how bad it has gotten. There are court cases against the owners. They are raising prices for the lot rent continuously and they are not doing any upkeep. They keep saying they are going to fix the roads or trim the trees or whatever but nothing is ever done. Empty mobile homes had pipes burst in the winter and the owners would let the water run for days. Everyone pays the same for water usage no matter if you have 1 person in your home or a whole family with kids. Since the pipes broke, they have split the charges amongst the tenants and the water bill went up from about $60 to $139 per mobile home. It is not the tenants' fault the pipes burst and the owners let the water run for days. It is ridiculous. If anyone is considering moving in, beware. If you drive through the park, you'll turn around and run far away. It is not a nice place to live anymore.

We came to Lucky Horseshoe expecting to just rent, but we were pleasantly surprised to find out that we would eventually own the mobile home we were eyeballing. Herb's favorite phrase seems to be "We'll make it right," referring to the growing pains and the quirks a mobile home might have in the process of moving in. We picked out an older trailer that had been given a major, major facelift. You'd think it was brand new. It had a few quirks, the biggest one was that the 220 cable meant for a dryer, had been chopped off and tucked under the trim by a worker. And for whatever reason, there was no vent for the dryer at all. When we brought it to Herb's attention, he said "Well, we'll make it right." And in a couple of days, I got a text saying that a 220 outlet had been installed and a vent for the dryer had been built into the wall AND the dryer was hooked up and tested. Herb and his crew went way above and beyond without being asked. The management builds your confidence in them from Day One. You really feel like you can trust the people you're handing your rent money off to every month. And the park is nestled in a perfect piece of Small Town USA. If you get into Lucky Horseshoe, you really are in luck.

Sep 16, 2022 · J KVery poor new owners I was homeless had to call SEVERAL times to even look at a place he stayed in his car 15 minutes while we sat out in the cold waiting to see the place. I asked him several times if he did a credit check he said no so he took my money for the application called the next day and denied me because of the credit check!! Very poorly ran parks through this company!!
