What a horrible experience. The manager had almost a month to get my trailer ready, like cleaned up and aired out for it being closed up for months. The day I moved in, the smell was so bad from the mustiness and pesticides, nothing was cleaned and it was infested with roaches. The manager tells me she has bomed twice! Obviously there was a problem before I moved in! So they came and sprayed something two more times because there were roaches everywhere which added to the smell and made me and my cats sick! It was inhabitablel! I had to move back out within 4 days because it was infested so bad. Nobody is going to live in infestations! So after moving back out on a month to month lease, the manager kept my deposit! Stay clear of this hell hole! It is being taken over by drug addicts!

Raised the rent by $50 two times in the last year. Unfortunately it appears things have gotten worse in the maintenance dept. Mice and fire hazards have come up and since I'm disabled I asked for help. That was November and in a couple days it will be February and still not addressed. March is here now. Maintenance from hail storm last spring has yet to be addressed.
