I’m only here a lot due to one of my friends living here but from what I’ve seen of it, it’s actually really nice! They’ve got a rent to own for every home so once you pay out completely off all you pay is lot rent. In the office the office and park manager has a selection of free food to take home if you’re struggling!
This place is straight ahh. I get roaches and ants in my trailer everyday and quite frankly I am fed up with it. I will be moving on February 13 to a new trailer park. I hope I never receive this kind of treatment again. Sincerely, Randy Bill.

I wouldn't stay here they got too many bad things going on this neighborhood I was only there to get a friend out of a situation. You will not catch me in that area unless somebody's endangered but the next time I go I'm bringing a police with me. Plus the police are not spending time over there in that area several things have already happen in bad way. I don't see how anybody can stay over there. I guess you got to stay somewhere and if that's all that can be fit into a person's budget make sure you lock your doors have your guns ready and cameras wide open. And keep everything locked.
The park is nice and the homes themselves are nice and comfortable. Management however is very poor. Then new manager is lacking professionalism and respect. So many complaints. Hopefully the owners have taken notice and replace her.
