Been trying to call ever since the last storm about tree down on their property in another county. I now under the belief storm took them out.
Fay's mobile homes are the best landlords I have ever had, hands down. They take care of things when they need done and they don't hike the rent on you for doing so. They are fair, honest, good people to rent from and I would tell my best friend that, much less anyone else!
I have an autistic and nonverbal 8 year old son. He doesn't have the developmental skills to unlock and open doors but my other household member let our dog out and our backdoor didn't completely close. It didn't click and it was dead bolted with the lock sticking out. When I got up this morning, I checked my time and it was 6:55, went to got pee and it was 6:56 we just rolled on out of bed cuz I had to potty really bad both my son's were on the couch as they usually do and wake up or they grab the box of cereal until I feed them breakfast. I walked out of the bathroom and my son was gone, my dog was outside the door was wide open and luckily neighbors around me were outside and awake. This was about 6:57-8 my neighbor asked me to check the house again and when I realized he was really gone I called 911 5690 neighbors1 responded immediately getting in their cars, looking for my child and my neighbors found my son. It took 20 mins for an officer to respond to my home and my neighbors got my child before he got to the highway. I want to personally thank you who made that effort cuz I might not have ever got him back because we are so close to a very busy road, woods, country. I could have lost my baby forever. But because of 5690 residents they found my baby before the police did and in 25 minutes my son could have gotten 1.8 miles in any direction. I don't have alot but I know who looked and found my baby and I want to do something special for you even though I don't have much. Even if I can only do a little something for your kids and make a little gift bag of fun things I thank you from the bottom of my heal rt because if it wasn't for you I could be still not knowing where my baby is, visiting him at a funeral home. Y'all saved his life today, you are literally the reason he's alive right now. This has never happened before . he's never gotten away from me and you may have seen me and him wrist leashed together on our walks. If there is something you'd like me to do for you, any help you need anything at all please let me know. You blessed me and I want to bless you back .
The ppl that run this place are money hungry crooks. They discriminate and talk to the tenants as if theyre beneath them. Idk of anyone thats ever rented from them has anything nice to say about these ppl.
Mother in law lives in the trailer park and the place is a nice place to live if you looking for something small not too expensive and there's a lot of children so it's a good place for kids
