New owners new rules. I don't know how it's not illegal what they are doing. The new lease is insane and the charges just keep going up. Lots of people are leaving or being kicked out for things they have had for over 10 years. These owners are going to HELL.
There's a lot of problems wrong with this community for starters there is no pool, no play area for kids to play. kids cant play outside etc. they charge so much in rent and has nothing to back up the rent increase, have people who don't follow the community rules and they get away with it.
I have lived in this community for three years now. Can not for the life of me understand how some of these reviews are five stars. I’m fortunate to have great neighbors on pretty much all sides of me. However this is far from a 3.1 star community. A more accurate rating would be if you had a list of top five places not to live in Jefferson county. country squire mobile home park would be pretty close to the top.
The park manager Christina is the only good thing about this place. She cares and works so hard to improve this place. The owners should be ashamed of themselves for how they do thier park manager and those that live there. How they can charge as much as they do is beyond me. it raises at least 10 dollars a year, While having nothing worth the cost to offer. Most people in there are not friendly or good neighbors, i feel sorry for those few good people that are there and have been for a long time they watched this place go down hill.
When the park manager gets in trouble; they typically take it out on park residence! They don't maintain the roads,pool and nowhere for your kids to play! They raise rent and give fines with no problem!! The state of Missouri should take a good look at this park!! It's a no place for home
