It's one of the nicest trailer parks I've seen and being improved more and more. A new management company/owner has taken over about a year ago and are determined to make a nice place to live. They remove around 10 homes each spring, 10 in the summer, and the same number in the fall, replacing the old ones with brand new single and double wide homes built by a major company I can't remember the name of. But the park owners buy upgraded mobile homes with features such as; blow in insulation, metal sink fixtures, double pane tilt in windows, digital thermostats, and more.
We have been here almost 5 years and have really enjoyed it. The neighbors are great, the park is dog friendly and they've done a lot of work/upkeep in the last 2 years from tree trimming, to snow removal to brining in new homes.
I wish I had better things to say about the park. I have lived here for almost 6 years and though the quality of the upkeep and residents have improved, the ever increasing charges of living here is quickly making it cost prohibitive. Every few months, a bill is increased or added. I know it's a business, but there is a limit to how much residents can be taxed until you have an empty park.
The maintenance man is a jerk and thinks his grandson does no wrong and his wife is no better. The place is OK but the maintenance and landlord are terrible
My X currently lives here. I lived there for 7 years prior. Never had a problem. He lives in a ct. I always park on the street because I'm there less than 10 mins. New manager happened to drive by and told me to "move my car now". Didn't ask. Demanded me. I told my X that happens again I will be calling the owners and they better have ask new manager with in a week. Total disrespect and disregard for any human being.
