I love my home and the neighborhood. The managers have been very helpful and responsive. Jozie is the best! She is very professional, friendly, and takes pride in her work. Kathy is also amazing! She has helped every step of the way. Highly recommend this place.
I want to thank Kathy the manager from Siesta Manor for all her great help to me and my family through the process on buying the two homes she was honest , respectful and kind . If you need a mobile home Commuty that is clean , near all the shopping centers great location. safe for everyone you need to apply here at siesta manors. Me and my family feel bless and very happy at this community.
I've lived here a little over two years and have not had any real issues Kathy is always very friendly and helpful the park is fairly quite. Management is willing to work with you if there is an issue. Really do like paying rent with debit cards no more money orders!!!! Now I have lived here for a little over 4 years and the part continues to get better better things are happening Kathy's always willing to work with people when she's able to but overall yeah pretty happy that I'm still here. It's going on 7 years that I've been here I haven't had no major problems still I'm happy to be here a few things that could be looked into a little further but nothing major Don't like living with bugs though that's one thing I can't say lived here 6 years and have not had one problem just until recently and that kind of pisses me off I own a cleaning company my house is very clean no reason to have roaches and that's one thing I can't live with I will move out immediately but I like it here it's home other than that Kathy's always been great she's always taking care of things in a timely manner and she's always been pretty fair
This is my favorite trailer park I have been to and I'm glad I was able to find a home to rent here. The neighborhood feels safe and the office/maintenance have been very friendly and responsive to my questions/concerns. Thank you!
We are new to the Siesta Manor Community as of August 1st. Miss Kathy in the office has been kind and very accommodating. I enjoy our quick chats while she makes her rounds on the golf cart. The community is kept up nicely by the grounds keeper. The pool is clean and refreshing after a hot day at work. The community is quiet and has fresh asphalt roads. I would definitely recommend this place to friends, but I kinda wanna keep all this peacefulness to myself!
