Hi everyone, I’m Bill Schimmel, a former resident of Parkview Properties for twenty six years.Living in this community was a truly positive experience, marked by a strong sense of camaraderie and a welcoming atmosphere. The property is well maintained coupled with the convenient location made it a fantastic place to call home! The friends I have made at Parkview Properties will be forever treasured. I can’t say enough great things about everyone in that office and the work they do in their community. A shout out to management and the hard working crew that continue to work hard for the residents.
I live there for 4 years, great neighbors, quite neighborhood and Highly recommended for a great place to live.
Don't waste your time with this park. They have too many ridiculous rules and regulations that make it very difficult to purchase a home. The sales manager gave me a list of financial institutions that offer mobile home financing. I called nearly every single one of them. One of the banks I called actually laughed when I mentioned the year and asking price! For a bank they supposedly work with, that reaction right there should really be an indicator that the homes are most certainly not only outdated but overpriced. The sales manager proceeded to give me examples of homes they have sold using financing, but refused to give me specific details of what bank was used or what type of loan was used. My guess is most of these homes were financed with a significant portion of the loan being a personal loan with collateral. Totally ridiculous to even consider such a thing. If you have the financing and credit to buy a house, that is obviously the best route to go. Living in a mobile home park can be a very affordable option if park management didn't make it so difficult to buy and sell a used home. Update: I've lived in mobile home parks my whole life. Based on my experience thus far, this park would be the absolute worst of them all. Yes, if I wanted to be completely reckless with my money, I could purchase a home in this park. For a couple hundred dollars more a month, rather than live in a 50 year old mobile home, I can buy a house!
Parkview Properties is a terrible place to live!! I live here and I went on my honeymoon for 4 days and had my father stay at my house to watch my 3 daughter because the youngest one is still in a crib at night. I got a call from my father after 3 days saying that Parkview's management had called the sheriff and had a no trespass order filed against him because he was there for more than 3 days without filling out an application with them. He is still not allowed to even visit here, just because he didn't fill out a completely unnecessary piece of paper.
Lived here for almost two decades. The services are flawed may sometimes be decent, but the rules are unequally forced upon certain residents while others do whatever they want. It’s a great area to live, it just the company needs a lot of work due it’s irritating and rude staff/ownership sadly.
