They run their business on unreliable wifi and they say they are in the office all time and when I drive by the sign is off and there are no cars in the parking lot there and they act like they we don't have jobs or things to do so they expect us to call and call until we get an answer and when I try to email them they never respond to anything and if they do email or answer the phone they are rude and disrespectful and they have no common sense on how to run a business yet a trailer court and they talk down to people all of the time and they don't do anything thing to the trailer court for maintenance and if they do it barely anything besides mowing the entrances and all they care about is money because they keep putting new trailers in but don't fix the roads or fix people drive ways and they complain about if you have more then one vehicle so if I could give this place negative stars I would in a heartbeat but I can't

We had an issue with the plumbing, previous tenants kids had put toys down toliet. When it backed up they had someone here with in the hour on a Saturday. Amazing service you don't get that with most landlords. Additionally the process of applying and eventually signing was comfortable and pleasant. Cassidy the manager is absolutely amazing. Thanks for the welcome.
I've been here several times over the past few yrs and i just have to say you can really tell a difference in the Community compared to others. Maintenance is kept up and the staff is friendly i keep looking at houses here because this would be a great community to live in. Last week i met with Cassidy and she was super helpful, she even has popcorn in the office!! winnnn!!!
It is warming to know that the owners and managers are so caring of everyone. It is the most welcoming and wonderful place I have ever lived. And what makes it so unique is that it's an integrated system. We have elderly, families and singles living together here in a community of togetherness. And owners and managers that treat everyone with respect and caring commitment. Thank you.
