These people that run the front office are the most inhuman people I have ever met in my life. I walked into the “community center” to relieve myself and I was greeted with the most indigent people I have ever encountered. I hope they never find themself in a situation and they are turned away like a dog like I was.
Bill the manager has been great! Place is quiet, clean, not too big, and is still very close to everything you need. They worked with my friend to get her into a practically new mobile home for a very reasonable price. Check this place out if you are looking for a mobile home or a place to park one.
Marsha is a terrible Park Management. She increases lot rent each year for 'upkeep' yet the drains flood, the roads CONSTANTLY have items that have popped tires, the grass is unkept. The community club house is closed and barricaded, and full of her personal items such as a scratching post. The pool has been closed for 2 years. They FINALLY opened the pool the week after school starts. Most people who live here can't even use the pool because 'they aren't on the lease'. Most of these people are elderly people who have grandchildren who visit. Those grandchildren aren't allowed to use the pool. She complains about elderly people's in home nurses coming and going and screamed at a n elderly lady because she had 'too many cars' coming and going because she had several nurses and medical professionals helping her.
Called to inquire about living here, but whoever answered was incredibly rude. I was immediately talked down to when just asking basic questions about average cost and the general moving in process. I interrupted their lunch, as they informed me, so I apologized and disconnected. Perhaps put up a sign on the office saying you're on lunch and don't answer the phone. Regardless, I will be looking elsewhere.
This is a very peaceful place to live, I've been here for 14 years and it has great neighbors, at least the ones around me. .. I'd recommend this community an idea place for every one
