One of the older trailer parks in Jeffco. Seems to be alot of drama and "riff-raff" going on in this park. I've heard there is a huge bug problem here as well.

Do not move here. Ever. Once you get the roaches...and you will get the roaches...management will do nothing to help you. And then you’re stuck spending hundreds on pest control and can’t get rid of the roaches because the entire trailer park is infested. And then you go to ownership and explain that Heather and maintenance has done nothing about a list of problems (I have multiple light fixtures that won’t work and mildew and mold in my bathroom because the bathroom fan quit) and they respond once and then do nothing. Even for a trailer park this place is pathetic. Find yourself a nice car to live in if this is your only alternative. The people stealing your rent from you have no soul.

Can never get ahold of the manager. I have lived here for 4 years. Never been late on my rent. Live 2 trailers away from manager. She still won't answer the phone. Or answer her door.
