Worst place ever ! Winter storms they do not plow ! My pad has been falling apart for 2 yrs now yet they keep raising pad rent , went to them several times over that issue ! They seem to have lots of Money to move new mobile home in but yet fix absolutely nothing on the property, pot holes everywhere ! And I it’s RHP that owns it !

They fine you if you have anything outside, the roads are crumbling, the sewer's are full of the roots that clog and backup in the yard, they expect you to have the giant trees trimmed but not cut down and it's always changing ownership so they can't be held accountable for anything so good luck getting a title, and the pad rent goes up all the time and they find every reason possible to fine you.

I’m having issues getting the title to our mobile home. I have emailed Amy 3 times now with no response . Our home will be paid off In January. We were never given a title when we signed our lease. Or a breakdown of the loan agreement. We have NO way to get in contact with people ( business). who own this home currently.

Absolutely love the community we live in. My husband and I purchased our home Sept. 2017 and we haven’t had any issues with the community. Everyone is very friendly. Kim the manager is always very helpful with any questions you may have. Unlike most property managers she is very friendly in a professional standpoint. I would definitely recommend this community looking for somewhere nice to live and wants to help make a difference and help it grow, as Kim has worked very hard over the last year we have lived there to improve the community tremendously!

How do the people who lease to own get a copy of the lease to own document, the office do not give anyone that contact. I believe the DA needs to be involved, this could be a financial crime and fraud. I'm going to look into this and get authority involved.
