For Michigan residents, the accessibility of Walkerville is quite favorable. Walkerville is positioned within reasonable driving distance from many of the state's larger population centers. While not directly on an Interstate, it is well-connected by state highways. Customer Reviews
Great location...clean park...clean beach breathtaking sunset's... plenty of natural scenery to take in....all around great place to have fun with family and friends...
This campground is going through a transition, it used to be a party place but the owner is making changes. If you are looking for a place to kick back and relax you will enjoy it here, they have a private beach at School Section Lake. We spent 2 weeks here for the 4th of July and had a great time, clean restrooms and showers. Everyone we met were very friendly, we made new friends here.
Spent our first summer here as a seasonal. Lot of work being put in as place a bit run down when first arriving. Getting rid of the riff raff, removing dilapidated buildings and debris. Very happy with choice coming here. People are amazing, campground so very peaceful. Can't wait to see what next year brings. Keep up the great work Pine Haven. Great place to find some serenity!
Very quiet and laid back great people. Luke taught us so much about getting started and also helped get the camper set up and trouble shoot the valves.
We had a great ice fishing trip! The owner set us in a heated shanty and showed us where to put our tip ups at. We had 31 flags in one afternoon! Pike and Largemouth Bass. They have a heated bath house with four showers. It was well maintained and clean. We rented a small but cute cabin for $80 for the weekend! We will be back this spring for steelhead on the South Branch of the Pierre Marquette and mushroom hunting. My Husband I highly recommend Pine Haven Campground!
