Customer Reviews
Super friendly staff. Great atmosphere. Family friendly. Clean and well maintained. Quite. Nice dog park. Pizza and cinnamon rolls delivered to your site! One of our favorite campgrounds!
Great location, mostly great staff. Cabins had mouse poop in the beds and at one of the chairs in the kitchen. The broken shower drain was left in the tub covered in slimy hair. We didn't actually use the shower because i was so grossed out by the drain, and it was a short stay. The pocket door in the bathroom doesn't shut because the cabin isn't level, so it slides back into its pocket every time you close it. The kids did enjoy the weekend activities...honestly the family-friemdly nature of the facility was our favorite part. The kids loved the bounce pillow. The slide was over priced imo. But the kids favorite part seemed to be the foam party. The staff we spoke with was friendly and they were very prompt with firewood delivery. The cinnamon rolls that they offered me as a "sorry for the mouse sh!t" were okay and hot. The check-in process when booking from Airbnb was unsettling. Once you've already paid through Airbnb, KOA makes you check-in and you input your credit card info into a Google Forms. This method obviously isn't a secure portal to keep your card info safe. Staff can access your card info whenever they open the Google forms tab. So I'm still waiting to see what final charges hit my card.
Very nice staff, Stayed in a Cabin, soap dispenser was leaking in bathroom, bunkhouse heater was stuck on high and made the Cabin warm, quite a bit of black ants inside the cabin. Also, due to early season the Camp store was not stocked, no ice on site, limited stock of supplies. Staff was accomidating with delivering wood to our campsite. Besides this we had a nice, quiet vacation and would recommend this KOA.
Plenty of lots at this koa tucked back in tge woods and very peaceful lots of activities for the kids and animals are allowed we had a great experience here
Super cute cabin with all the basics… almost. We couldn’t get any hot water. Otherwise, great digs!
