Customer Reviews
After 2 yrs I was forced to move due to pour management, the belly bag under the home was damaged causing moisture in the grounds which caused my floors to corrode leaving holes for me and my son to fall through, I brought to the offices attention for the 2 yr time frame and they did patch work instead of fixing the major issue: contacted an attorney who advised me to relocate so as I did I came across a large termite problem in and around the home more then likely caused by the moisture under the house which I was moved out with 2 weeks of finding and in my last two weeks no one cared to review, or acknowledge. I have now been out almost 30 days as of the 1st and no update about my deposit return. Friendly and safe community, maintenance dose as they can. But overall Poor service and management ,
I grew up in this trailer park. Back then, it was ok. It has new owners now. They got greedy and are looking to sell. It could be a lot better if they got people to rent the empty trailers.
They could really fix all the pot or whole tire holes in the road!
The streets are awful and it is all run down.
Nice neighborhood, clean,quiet.
