We've lived here for a year and everything has been great. Fixed an electric problem without issue. The community is super quiet and relaxed. No issues with landlord, no issues with neighbors, very scenic views. I feel safe letting my kids play outside.

Every time I have visited there for about 3-1/2 yrs now, I’ve never heard loudnoises. And have to disagree with that Review(er) saying it is loud there. I have seen gne guy (Ydidn’t live there) being a little loud on his motorcycle, but the guy he was visiting made him stop comin over because of that.

Lived here for years now. Great place to live. Only downside is rent is a little high and it usually takes too long to get something fixed. Fishing is decent at the lake down the hill.
