However, it is critical to address some significant concerns raised in customer reviews regarding service differentiation and access. One review specifically highlights a perceived "segregation" between RV tenants and mobile home residents, stating that mobile home residents are reportedly not allowed to use the playground and laundry facilities, and face difficulties with mail access, including being denied the right to install personal mailboxes and being excluded from new central mailboxes intended for RV tenants only. These issues, if accurate, represent considerable challenges to the park's inclusivity and adherence to postal regulations. Additionally, there are mentions of restrictions on driveway usage for mobile home residents and a general feeling of being treated unfairly. These points warrant direct inquiry and clarification by any prospective resident.

It is important to acknowledge the serious concerns raised in a detailed review, which describes issues related to perceived "segregation" between RV and mobile home residents, particularly concerning access to common facilities like the playground and laundry. The review also highlights significant problems with mail access for mobile home residents, including claims of interference with U.S. Postal Service regulations. These concerns, if unaddressed, could significantly impact the living experience and community harmony within the park. Prospective residents are strongly advised to investigate these points thoroughly before making a commitment.

Nov 21, 2023 · GO LOCALif you passing thru great. if your here full time it's like segration again. mobile home residents can't use the playground, laundry and have no access to FEDERAL MAIL. not allowed to put up a mailbox in front of our homes( legally they can't stop it) they just installed central mailbox for RV tenets only . even though inspector general says they have to give us a box. it's like were bad kids that don't pay enough rent. RV people pay more. were not even supposed to use the front driveway. by they way it's a criminal act interfering with US POSTAL SERVICE. Watch me get eviction notice for this review. Bring it ladies . my mailbox will be up before the weekend.
