I lived here for a few months, a year ago. I can really complain about living there itself. It was quiet, not many complaints. Management was all over the place, got different answers from different people. Someone from the park suddenly called me stating I was paying the wrong amount (that I had been paying for about 8 months) and the rent was going up so I decided to move out. I gave them the proper 30 day notice. I was advised I would get my security deposit that I paid during move in back by check in the mail. About 6 month after moving out I called to ask about it being I still have yet to receive anything and was told they would give me a call back after talking to the property manager. Here we are about a year later and i still have yet to hear anything back or receive my security deposit back. We left the property in better condition than we found it (the water spigot was broken during move in and we paid out of pocket to fix it) **edit: finally received my security deposit in the mail, looks like the address was written incorrectly on the envelope so it was not delivered and they didn’t bother to try and confirm the address after being returned!
