It was not such an eye sore when the overgrowth keep it more private but since it has been cut down it's really sad that those trailers have been decaying back there for the past 30 years and someone is profiting from people who cannot afford to complain all the while the City of Nederland is making the rest of the neighborhood come up with thousands of extra dollars for their tax increases. It doesn't really make sense

It's a place to live that's cheap. The owner is a really nice guy who charges bare minimum for those who can't afford 800 a month in rent alone. People will always have problems with trailers but they need to get off their high horse. Not every one can afford anything else.

Run down dump is an eyesore. Trailers are literally falling apart. The driveway has huge potholes and nails. If I could rate it lower than 1 star I would.
