Mr. Ed's Campground distinguishes itself as a seasonal-only campground, meaning it's designed for campers who wish to set up their trailers or RVs for the entire summer season, rather than just short-term stays. This model fosters a deeply integrated community atmosphere, where neighbors become friends and shared experiences are the norm. While it might not boast an extensive list of resort-style amenities, its true value lies in the peaceful environment and the strong social bonds that develop among its residents. It's a place for quiet relaxation, genuine connection, and enjoying the simple pleasures of lakeside living in the heart of Wisconsin. If your ideal summer involves a consistent, comfortable base in nature with friendly faces around, Mr. Ed's Campground offers a compelling proposition.

As a seasonal-only campground, Mr. Ed's Campground primarily offers its "promotion" through the value of a long-term, full-hookup site within a established community. While specific, time-limited promotional offers are not typically advertised for seasonal sites in the same way as nightly or weekly rates, interested individuals should directly inquire about any nuances in their seasonal pricing structure. It's possible that discounts might be available for early commitments, or perhaps referral programs for existing seasonal campers. For those considering joining the Mr. Ed's community for an entire summer, contacting the campground directly via phone is the best way to understand the full scope of what a seasonal lease entails and if any current incentives are in place for new seasonal residents. Local word-of-mouth or community boards might also sometimes highlight opportunities.

This is ideal for individuals or families who desire to establish a summer home base, developing lasting friendships with fellow campers and creating a stable environment for their annual outdoor getaways.

The full hookups available at every site provide the comfort and convenience of home, making long-term stays effortless. We have LOVED our summer here at Mr. Ed's. Great community feel and lovely owners. What the camp doesn't offer in amenities it makes up for in community and beauty.

The campground itself is very nice. The campers are wonderful people. My issues are strictly with the owners. They accuse you of things you didn’t do, are not friendly at all, are very into your business when they shouldn't be, and because of them constantly monitoring everyone we could not relax and enjoy the place. I think this could be a wonderful, family friendly campground with different owners.

We’re having a wonderful stay here. Owners are friendly and our site is spacious, peaceful and everyone is super friendly. We’re more RVers than campers and appreciate the full hook up. Looking forward to coming back for many years to come, we’re lucky to have found such a beautiful place!

Great place. Beautiful nature place to rest, relax, have fun, go hiking, meet friendly people all there for the common goal of a great get away. I know Karen through Adult Day Services and she knows how to run a fun campground for sure. So sorry Karen to hear of your storm damage but at the same time, so grateful to know that no one was hurt and no fatalities. As RN Director of a day Care I know what it is to be responsible for a place of business no matter what the circumstances. I wish you the best getting back on your feet to re-establish and recover your great campground. Great people rise to the challenge which I know you will and are more than capable of. God Bless you all. Kathy Kempf
