Customer Reviews
Interesting place for RVs with several cabins for rent. Cabins are clean and roomy. Wifi and cell coverage is spotty. Tons of noisy 4 wheelers roaming the area at night is also a downer
Amazing family oriented people/campground. Nice playground for the kiddos, relaxing pool, volleyball court, half basketball court, clean bathhouse, laundry mat, and pet friendly. Would recommend to anyone
I stayed in one of their motel rooms for several months while I was a student with a clinical placement in the area. The owner was friendly and accommodating, and the motel room was clean and comfortable. The room included a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and television with built-in Fire TV. The WiFi was decent, but occasionally had issues on weekends. The bed was very comfortable with a firm mattress and soft sheets. The bathroom was a tight fit, but the water pressure was excellent and there was plenty of hot water for a relaxing shower. There was also a cozy electric fireplace that kept the room warm and toasty during cold winter weather. There is a nice pool and volleyball field across the lot that are open during warmer seasons. The area was safe and quiet, and I slept soundly. They have a convenience store and gas station nearby, and this location was close to Paris Landing State Park, several great restaurants, and two Dollar General stores, so I was never too far away from grabbing some essentials if I needed anything. I enjoyed my “residential” stay and will gladly book again for a vacation getaway!
Great campground! I don’t usually give 5 stars on a campground! The only negative, which is a positive for some, the internet was not great…… we could get enough signal to run a tv, phones were not so good! That is also a positive as it made us more present with grandkids! We will be back!
If you are looking for WiFi, don’t go here. They advertise WiFi… which they have. But 1) you have to text someone for the password (we had no service either) and 2) when we finally did get it to send, it only worked right by the pool. We didn’t book for the wifi but when we are expecting wifi and it’s not there, that’s just annoying. The playground was nice for our you get kids, but it was a walk from the RV spots. It was not clean. There was trash all in the fire ring and beer bottle lids all over the campsite. Not ideal for anyone. Especially children. Long story short, we will stick to state parks.
