Customer Reviews
Nice park, reasonable lot rent, people seemed very welcoming but if your interested in #A35, which I was looking to buy. Here are some pictures of issues I noticed of damage. The unrealistic and ignorant owner who wants full price for unfinished work. You were informed incorrectly this house is not "gold", just look for yourself...
Affordable up and coming 55 and over park . Awesome pool area.
I had a great time I have family that lives there and we went for Thanksgiving.
Have lived here for several years and overall a good experience. Lot rents do keep going up (but still cheaper that most other parks in area), but park is clean, well-managed and safe. Please keep in mind that negative comments on this park are from disenfranchised former HOA manager. Park is much better run than some would advertise. They are putting in new homes when those that are 30+ years old are no longer needed by owners (moved on to just or other rewards). Very friendly people, mostly who mind their business, mostly!
We moved here a month ago when our mortgage fell thru in OTOW thru no fault of our own, we needed to find a place quick as our house in NC had sold & we were staying in an Airb&b. Will & Melissa were great to deal with. We were able to rent until we closed. We bought a newer home, there are mostly older homes here, but well taken care of. They do a background check so we are protected from criminals. The lot rent is reasonable. It is a quiet community & everyone seems friendly. We are making the best of the situation & think we'll be happy here. Fast forward one year.....we bought a house. The manager Melissa is great to deal with. The park is getting a lot of new homes in, so looks better. I would only give it 4 stars now because of three very mean spirited people. Carol S, Cathi & Mean Gene. Not bad out of 100s of people. Theres a lot of Holiday parties, bingo, pristine pool & hot tub. Unfortunately we had to pay taxes too. I would live there if I couldn't afford a house most people keep their homes nice & are friendly. .Better than an apt, you have a yard & can plant flowers. You are allowed large dogs here.
