Great clubhouse for birthday parties, nice neighbors, I appreciate being able to swim in the swimming pool as well. There's a nice kids park 🏞️🌄
Unfortunately I wish I had better things to say about this community. The amenities are nice when they are functional and not "out of service" as frequently as they are, along with frequent water outages. The lack of maintenance is terrible, anything from holes and pits beside the roads and driveways. Soft spots in flooring, and any actual repairs that need to be complete take several weeks if not more and there is little to no communication about what is happening and when. There are times when companies will come by with one of the office staff and no one will be notified or aware beforehand. Personally I feel much more comfortable being present in my home with people I do not know being there. The office staff are kind but often repeat or misconstrue information regarding repairs from what I think is an honest miscommunication internally.
As a current resident I am disgusted at the inability of park management to act on serious matters. Water gets shut off a couple times a month, boil water notices for days at a time. I currently have a large hole in my wall from repairs done on plumbing in my home that has caused mold damage that has been open for a month now. A living room filled with the contents of said room because they needed it to be clear for the work crews to come in...it's been a month. Management will tell you one thing over the phone and there documentation will say another. This would be a 0 star review if it was possible. Corporate really needs to step in and make changes to the office staff because they have zero idea what they are doing.
Excellent community to live in. Management is kind. Colleen and Nancy are very helpful of you need anything. Nice, friendly, quiet community. Nice to see kids play in the neighborhood knowing they are safe because everyone looks out for each other here. Great amenities (pool, clubhouse with pool table, exercise room, shuffleboard, rv and boat parking, dog park, playground. If there is ever anything wrong in the community like water shutting off or small issues in the neighborhoods Collen and Nancy are amazing at letting community know and getting it resolved fast. The maintenance team is great at responding. Ray from maintenance makes sure any issues gets resolved quickly and communicates well. I'm so happy living here and I feel comfortable. All the other bad reviews were from previous management and from people that just dont like to follow the rules of the community.New management has been great. No complaints here.
On the surface the park is nice and the pool is a plus. Most of the neighbors are friendly. The new trailers LOOK nice and location is decent. There is that saying though if it seems to good to be true then it is. The park is infested heavily with roaches. There are termination trucks around the park doing treatments every week. There is no escaping them. Even the new homes. I’ve talked to several of the tenants in the new homes and they have all had stories about how cheaply made the homes are. The paint, appliances and more. One neighbor said there are soft spots in their flooring and it was brushed off several times by management and the “not so” handy park guy. They called, went down, and even put written notice to reported it and they were told it was fine. It’s a joke to get things fixed. I had to contact 3 times for a service I needed. The management has changed several times in the last several years. The current management is ridiculous. They give notices for everything. Your trash can not brought up the day it is emptied? Notice. Don’t mow your lawn at least once every two weeks? Notice. Hang a rug up outside. Notice. Unless you are one of their favorites. Discrimination in the park is a big thing. The water is shut off so often for water line breaks that I’d suggest you keep a couple gallons of water on hand. If you can get past all of that then this place may work for you!
