Been here six years. Only inherit problem here is I75 up the back side. If only we could take the level of attention given the pool and the dog park as a mission statement. The problem is the more we ask for the more it will cost. Just compare to what else you find and that's why we're here.

I can not currently recommend this park for the following reasons. The noise level from I-75 can be very bad depending on where you live in the park. I was told by Management before I purchased my home here in the park that they would be moving to country water and sewer. I feel betrayed and lied to by management. Unfortunately, I will not believe anything Management or this company says from this point on. To my surprise, at the HOA meeting tonight, it was confirmed we would not be getting county water. The water in this park is just disgusting. It’s hard, smells horrible, leaves white spots over everything it touches, and most residents will not drink it. In addition to this the water pressure is very low. Many residents have complained about this problem but ESL is not planning to do anything about this issue. If these issues were corrected, the community would be a nice place to live. I have recently spoken to our new community manager concerning the water and sewer issues. They have recently upgraded the sewer system but the water was not included in this upgrade. For this reason, I am changing my review to 3. The mowing which is included in the lot rent is not great. If you like a well maintained yard be prepared to buy your own lawn equipment to do your yard. I will adjust my review as things improve.
Management keeps changing. The amenities are not always available. Use to be like a family with Management. Now cold and hard. No customer service other than Nora that's friendly. To be fair Sally did walk into a mess. But if you have an issue she makes you feel like your imposing. The lawn crew sucks. They don't clean up there mess. The blow lawnmower clippings on your drive way . Lot rent is medium.
