Old Okeechobee Road is a well-known thoroughfare that provides direct access to the wider West Palm Beach metropolitan area.
One of the significant advantages of this location, as highlighted by a reviewer, is its proximity to the freeway, making travel and commuting straightforward. This is particularly beneficial for RVers who are frequently on the move or for residents who commute for work or leisure activities. Furthermore, the park is described as being "10 mins. from the beach," which is a major draw for anyone living in South Florida. This allows residents to easily enjoy the beautiful Palm Beach coastline, whether for sunbathing, swimming, or water sports, without a lengthy commute. Beyond the beach, the park's central West Palm Beach location ensures convenient access to a wide array of amenities. These include various shopping centers, grocery stores, diverse dining options, healthcare facilities, and entertainment venues. -
RV Site Rentals: Palm Beach RV Park provides dedicated sites for recreational vehicles. While specific hookup details (e.g., 30/50 amp, water, sewer) are not explicitly mentioned in the reviews, these are standard provisions for RV parks. Prospective residents should confirm these details directly with park management.
-
Long-Term Stays: One reviewer explicitly states, "A nice place for long term stay only." This indicates that the park primarily caters to, or prefers, residents looking for extended stays, possibly monthly or even annually, rather than short-term overnight or weekly visitors. This focus can create a more stable community environment.
-
Community for Permanent Residents: The park is described as being "all permanent residents and some rv's," which further supports its focus on long-term occupancy. This suggests a community largely composed of individuals who reside there year-round, contributing to a more settled neighborhood feel.
-
Suitable for Long-Term Residency: The park's primary highlight is its suitability and apparent focus on long-term stays. For individuals and families seeking a stable, extended base for their RV in West Palm Beach, this is a key advantage.
-
Quiet Community (Mostly): One reviewer described it as "A pretty quiet community." While another review details a disruptive incident, the general sentiment of the long-term resident points to a typically tranquil environment, which can be appealing for those seeking peace.
-
Prime West Palm Beach Location: Its strategic position offers convenience to both the freeway and the beach (approximately 10 minutes away), providing excellent access to local attractions and necessary amenities.
-
Established Resident Base: The presence of "all permanent residents" suggests a well-established community with familiar faces and potentially a stronger sense of neighborhood among long-term inhabitants.
Information regarding specific promotions or special offers at Palm Beach RV Park is not publicly detailed in the provided data. RV parks typically structure their pricing based on daily, weekly, or monthly rates, with longer-term stays often benefiting from a lower average nightly cost. Given that the park is noted for "long term stay only" and has "all permanent residents," it is highly probable that their pricing model is geared towards monthly or seasonal rates, rather than transient nightly bookings.
For the most accurate and up-to-date information on availability, specific rates (especially for long-term options), and any potential move-in incentives or packages, it is strongly recommended to contact Palm Beach RV Park directly. They would be able to provide details on their current pricing structure, lease terms for extended stays, and any specific offers that might be available for new residents seeking long-term occupancy.
For inquiries about RV site availability, long-term stay rates, or any specific concerns regarding Palm Beach RV Park, you can use the following contact information. Given the mixed nature of the reviews, direct communication with the park management is crucial for clarifying any questions you may have.

When contacting, it is advisable to specifically inquire about the nature of the community (e.g., ratio of RVs to permanent mobile homes), site sizes, and any measures taken to ensure resident safety and address potential noise concerns, especially in light of one reviewer's negative experience. Clarity on their policies regarding neighbor conduct would also be beneficial.
For Floridians, particularly those in the West Palm Beach area, Palm Beach RV Park presents a distinct option primarily suited for individuals seeking a long-term RV base rather than a temporary vacation spot. The park’s focus on "long term stay only" and its composition of "all permanent residents" mean it caters to a specific demographic looking for a stable and established community. For RV owners who live in Florida year-round and need a consistent place to reside, or for "snowbirds" who plan extended seasonal stays in West Palm Beach, this park’s model aligns well with their needs.
The geographical advantages are undeniable. Being "10 mins. from the beach" offers convenient access to one of Florida’s most cherished natural assets, allowing for frequent enjoyment of the coastline. Furthermore, its "conveniently close to the freeway" location simplifies travel for work, errands, or exploring other parts of South Florida. This combination of accessibility to both recreational activities and major transportation links is a significant draw for local residents who value convenience in their daily lives. The claim of being a "pretty quiet community" also appeals to those seeking a peaceful residential environment.
However, it is crucial for local Floridians to acknowledge the contrasting review that describes "small spaces," a neighbor parking in front of a seating area, and a concerning incident involving law enforcement. These points highlight potential trade-offs in terms of personal space and community safety that must be thoroughly investigated. Therefore, while Palm Beach RV Park's long-term focus and excellent location are highly suitable for a particular segment of the local RV community, prospective residents must conduct a very detailed on-site visit. During this visit, assess the actual size and layout of available sites, observe the general atmosphere, and perhaps politely inquire with current residents (if appropriate) about their experiences regarding neighborly conduct and safety. Only by directly evaluating these aspects can a local determine if the benefits of a long-term, well-located RV spot outweigh any potential concerns regarding the living environment.
Customer Reviews
A nice place for long term stay only. A pretty quiet community 10 mins. from the beach. Just perfect for this one. And conveniently close to the freeway.
We stayed here for the month of January 2024. I can’t say anything good about the place. It’s all permanent residents and some rv’s. Spaces are small, our neighbor was basically parking in front of our seating area. The other neighbor was arrested one night during our stay by ten police officers and two police dogs. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
Been trying for over 3 months to get a hold of some one. The phone number is out of service and when you fill out the form on the website no one gets back in touch with you. I understand that this is a long-term RV site, but no information as to there is vacancy or not.
Was referred here from John Prince Park since they no longer allow non-campers to use the dump station. I only used that service but it's $30 cash, have to be there before 4 pm. The office staff was friendly and informative. I believe there is daily, weekly, monthly rental. Also by- the-year-lease site rental. The location is super convenient for Palm Beach county.
The price is right!!! tenants are long term only, so most everyone is here for work reasons. great people for neighbors. Everyone was quiet and respectful. great management. I had zero issues. No frills RV Park. only amenities are laundry and dumpsters for your trash. Great location, 10 minutes to the beach, 5 minutes to WaWa and 7-11, 10 minutes to the airport and Wal Mart. Minutes from I 95.
