Overpriced rent, horrible nasty office people are corrupt and have stolen checks from various tenants, loud and rude obnoxious neighbors, they allow illegals in the neighborhood so mexican and central american music all day and night constantly. Worse neighborhood to lived in my life hate this place and wish i never moved here planning on selling soon. Worse thing is the office people who favor their buddies but harrass people who arent in their group for the minor things and they are invasive going into your yard worse and violating ones sense of ownership or respect. Actually considering litigation against them and reporting them to DHS/ICE. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DUMP WORSE MISTAKE I EVER MADE.

This is the worst place I have ever lived at! They make you think you buy but in reality you don’t own anything! HOA has ridiculous rules and only want to keep people’s home to resell again. Don’t move here! Run while you can!
