I was a bit skeptical at first but we stayed here for a little over a month. We would definitely stay here again. Washing facilities on site only 3$ to wash and dry. Beautiful spacious dog park. Ricky the park manager was very helpful in anything we needed. No power or water issues. We have a 40 ft fifth wheel camper. We were given a mailbox so we could receive mail and packages which was great. Office has seating area with tv, books to read a dart board and pool table. Toilets and showers. The place is up-kept daily, grass is mowed. Would highly recommend this place.

I love it here very nice manager name Ricky Owen I appreciate his kindness to all his people that live and stay at Park Lane Estates who ever is owner of Park Lane Estates needs to give Mr Owen a raise for his Excellent work a big shout out to say a big thank you to the park manager Ricky Owen We APPRECIATE YOU RICKY !!!!!!!!!! And if people need anything he is always there and don't ask any body else he is the manager of the park don't be afraid to ask him anything about the park I learn that by just asking him .

I don’t recommend this place for RV’s because the setup is NOT GOOD. Ricky was a very nice person but the owners really need to upgrade spots for RVs. Avoid this place.

It’s a nice campground but the internet as advertised is only at the office, the pool apparently will never be repaired. If you are in a camper, do not plug up without a serge protector as they have power problems and my converter got burnt up on a 3 month old camper. Lastly my water is off at least 2 days out of the week…other than that…I had good neighbors, is the only reason I’m giving two stars
