Owner (Gene Bennett) is too bias and judgmental. He’d rather listen to a crazy lady living in the park over his sain residents. He likes to gossip ab the other people in the park when things don’t go his way. The moment you get on his bad side prepare to stay on it. Prepare for him to just change rules to his liking as he to feels fit towards you that day. He doesn’t care if you’re going through a hard time, he’d actually prefer it so he can then either kick you out or (if the home is owned by the resident) offer a low amount of money for it or just take it when evicted. The man is a two faced Shister!
