Mobile home parks and manufactured home communities typically offer a core set of services designed to support residents' daily lives. While specific details should always be verified directly with the management of Texas Pride Manufactured Home, here are common services often provided or facilitated within such communities:
- Lot Rental: The primary service is the rental of individual lots where residents can place their manufactured homes. This includes access to utilities like water, sewer, and electricity connections (though utility costs themselves are often separate).
- Community Management: An on-site or accessible management team is responsible for overseeing the community's operations, enforcing rules, and assisting residents with concerns related to their tenancy or the common areas.
- Maintenance of Common Areas: This includes upkeep of shared spaces such as roads, street lighting, landscaping in communal areas, and any shared facilities like clubhouses or recreational spaces, if available.
- Waste Management: Typically, trash collection services are arranged or facilitated by the community management for residents.
- Security Measures: Some communities implement various security measures, which might include controlled access points, security patrols, or surveillance, though the extent of these can vary widely.
- Community Rules and Regulations: While these are more about governance than a direct "service," the establishment and enforcement of clear rules regarding vehicles, pets, property appearance (like skirts for trailers and stairs for doors), and visitor policies are a key function of community management, aimed at maintaining order and quality of life for all residents.
Based on the provided customer feedback, potential residents considering Texas Pride Manufactured Home should be aware of the following features and highlights that characterize the community's environment and operational style:
- Strict Community Rules: A defining characteristic appears to be a very strict enforcement of rules. This includes limitations on the number of vehicles per unit (typically two), a ban on pets, and specific requirements for home appearance, such as mandatory skirting for trailer homes and stairs on every available door. Strict rules also apply to visitors.
- Vehicle Management: The community has specific policies regarding vehicles. There's a limit of two vehicles per unit, and residents report that tow trucks are actively used to remove vehicles from driveways if rules are not followed. The presence of speed bumps is also noted, which some residents find detrimental to vehicles.
- Enforcement and Fines: The rules are coupled with "outrageous fines," suggesting a rigorous system of penalties for non-compliance.
- Limited On-Site Parking: Despite the two-vehicle limit per unit, residents indicate that additional parking is not provided, or requires extra payment, which can be a challenge for households with more vehicles or frequent visitors.
- Quiet Living Environment (with Caveats): One review suggests it's a "Nice and quiet place to live," implying that the strict rules contribute to a generally orderly and peaceful atmosphere, free from excessive noise or disturbances often associated with lax enforcement. However, this is qualified with "if you want a headache," suggesting the strictness itself can be a source of stress.
- Customer Service Experience: The receptionist, Maria, is consistently described as "very rude" and prone to discussing internal management issues with residents. This indicates a potential challenge in the resident-management communication experience.
As a manufactured home community, "promotions" in the traditional sense might differ from those offered by retail businesses or short-term rentals. However, Texas Pride Manufactured Home may offer various incentives or special terms to attract new residents or facilitate the move-in process. Prospective residents should inquire directly about:
- Move-in Incentives: These could include reduced application fees, a discount on the first month's lot rent, or assistance with utility hook-up fees for new residents.
- Long-Term Lease Benefits: Signing a longer lease agreement (e.g., 12 months vs. month-to-month) might come with a slightly lower monthly rate or other benefits.
- Referral Programs: If you know an existing resident, ask if the community has a referral program that could benefit both of you upon your successful tenancy.
- Home Sales Assistance: If the community also facilitates the sale of manufactured homes on-site, they might have partnerships with lenders or offer special financing options for qualified buyers.
It is always recommended to contact Texas Pride Manufactured Home directly using the contact information provided below to inquire about any current specials, eligibility requirements, or specific terms and conditions that might apply to new residents. Customer Reviews
Speed bumps do damage to cars. Tow trucks will take your vehicle out of your driveway. Only allowed two vehicles per unit, but don’t provide more parking or pay more to have more vehicles. Strict rules and outrageous fines. Maria the receptionist is very rude. Nice and quiet place to live if you want a headache. Not worth the money to stay here it feels like a prison.
The office I really bad... the receptionist doesn’t like her boss and she tells all about it. She was rude sometimes. They are very strict, you can’t have more than two vehicles, no pets, the trailer homes HAVE to have a skirt, they NEED to have stairs on every available door, strict on visitors. 👎🏼
Don’t move here, giant speed bumps that even trucks hit frame, tow trucks tow you out of your own driveway

Friendly staff... Thank you all Maria! Community and office is quiet and clean. We all love the home we viewed.
