Friendly people the place was kept up well

Management is terrible and rude. They take forever to respond to complaints then take forever to fix them. If you don't comply within three days of a notice they try to evict you. You are only allowed 2 vehicles even if there are 3 drivers in the home. Constant water issues that they charge tenants for. Tenants pay wayer and sewer even though it is septic and well water. No worse place you could live. They raise the rent every year. They dont plow snowy roads. There is no area for kids to play. DO NOT MOVE HERE .

Manager is extremely rude and disrespectful for no apparent reason, I dont understand as a owner why you would want someone like that interacting with current/potential tenants. The rules dont make since at all and if your not in compliance within 3 days you get a $1000.00 A DAY fine. (Yes that's $1000.00 a day , not a typo)

I bought this place thinking nice. Quite but have been very disappointed way things run for what we pay seems like they don't do nothing can't get answers and not professional at all I'd love talk to owner corporate. Needs better management maintenance for what we pay...

Manager of the property is extremely insufficient. Doesn't answer or return calls, you have to chase her down to get ahold of her and then she gives you the runaround. Wouldn't recommend them.
