Perk Beach RV Park shines with several key features and highlights that make it a standout choice for Mississippian RVers:
However, it is important to address a critical piece of feedback regarding park policies. One review mentioned being turned away because their RV was "older than 10 years old," despite it being "fully functional." This suggests an age restriction policy on RVs, which is a significant factor for prospective residents to consider. While such policies can be implemented to maintain park aesthetics and condition, it's crucial for visitors with older RVs to confirm this policy directly with management before planning their stay to avoid disappointment.
While specific time-sensitive promotions are not detailed, Perk Beach RV Park is consistently praised for its "absolutely fantastic" rates, with daily rates around $38.00. This indicates a commitment to offering highly competitive and affordable pricing for its guests. Given its significant number of "Extended Stay" sites, it is highly probable that the park provides attractive weekly and monthly rates for those looking for longer commitments.

Perk Beach RV Park offers a compelling proposition for Mississippian RVers, particularly those seeking a blend of affordability, strong management, and a sense of community. Here’s why it stands out for locals:
While the RV age policy is a crucial point for some, for those whose rigs meet the park's criteria, Perk Beach RV Park appears to offer a truly positive and supportive environment. It’s a place where Mississippians can find not just an RV spot, but a friendly face and a community that truly makes them feel at home.
Because our rv is older than 10 years old we couldn't stay. Our camper is older but fully functional which is more than I can say for the one I saw with a water hose running through the window and the other which had replaced their ac with a windows unit

Jun 21, 2021 · Donna Ward Hebert Rodgers (ABear)Chill, Manager Is Nice, & Most Neighbors Can Be Good People If You Get To Meet Em. Most Keep To Themselves, & Amenities Are Convenient (Though The Laundry Can Be Frustrating Lol)
Jul 07, 2024 · Arlo BarclayI gave 3 stars because I've never stayed IN the park. I go to the creek there. It's really great if you have smaller kids. Water is fairly shallow. It doesn't have a really fast current either. Large beach area, and you can always sit in the shade of the overpass if you don't want constant sun beating down on you. I'd give the beach 4 stars!
