You'll see a trend in these negative views. All mention regarding an Indiana person or their van. Probably user id's by the same person who has beef with this person. It is a 55 and up park and it's super quiet here. The surrounding area is rough on 14th St but the park itself is totally safe and quiet. I've lived here so far for about 6 mos. The only critters I see are opossums passing by and little dogs that are being leashed by the residents. The park has a new manager and they really do keep this park nice and clean.
