Mobile home parks, at their core, offer the opportunity to own a manufactured home while leasing the land it sits on, which can present a different financial structure compared to buying a conventional house. The appeal often lies in a potentially lower cost of entry, a streamlined living experience, and sometimes a closer-knit community feel. However, the quality of life within any mobile home park is significantly shaped by factors such as park management, maintenance standards, and the general atmosphere among residents. Oakdale Mobile Home Park, through the lens of those who have experienced it, emphasizes aspects like quietness and affordability. This overview will delve into its location, reported services, key features, and contact information, offering a comprehensive snapshot for those considering it as their next home in Texas.

Not too bad of a little park at the edge of town. Have had a friend or two at a time living in one or another of the rental units over the past two decades. Rent is inexpensive, and it's a nice and quiet neighborhood.

This is the trashiest place you could ever want to live specially if your landlord's name is Linda cares more about money is she does anybody or anything she was asked to fix the trailer several times she was paid first and last months rent when I refused to pay the full $750 and I only gave her $500 US and all I said was they need to come in and fix this would not even answer our calls would not fix nothing we had Holes in the Floor the door was broke where broke in when we were not home never fix the stove never fixed the bathroom never fixed the toilet she never got rid of the rats she never brought in the dishwasher like she was supposed to never fix it to where we could use a dryer in the house every wall sockets in the house was busted to wear when you plug into it your plug with Fallout berry berry nasty place to live even broke into the shed that we had there. And the land manager that supposedly takes care of the place was supposed to be a vet at 40 something years old wants to go around yelling at little kids threaten to have their dog chilled or put in doggy jail runs around when everybody's asleep going around your yard. He even went as far as trying to have my vehicle towed cutting ex all over it not once but twice and then straight lied about it saying that we were told we had to move our vehicles or they're going to be towed and never once came to us. Several people told us your mark now they're trying to get you out. And the maintenance man that the landlord's Linda has is so old the helium forgets how to tighten up a gas line on a gas stove and almost killed a tent horrible place to live

Absolutely the worst place I have ever lived in my entire life. We moved in 11 days ago and STILL do not have a working stove. My landlord NEVER answers the phone and I called the owner and he said it WASNT HIS PROBLEM and told me to call a different lady cause she “takes better care of her homes”, as if I’m about to pay another $1800 to move into one of these dumps just to continue to get ignored. NOT TO MENTION, this house was crawling with SEVEN different kinds of roaches. It was so bad we had to get terminix out here immediately and the landlord isn’t paying for it at all. He said that he was going to try to handle it with $5 bombs from the dollar store. PATHETIC
