They saying u need to make 3 tymes wat there not pay to get a trailer here n the lot rent is $550 a month including utilities which includes water electric n sewer... U got to Harrison Estates it's $450 a month lot rent including the same utilities as this place except they don't take disability now Harrison Estates does bullshit straight unbleaveable how hard it is for a 1st tymer to find a legit place to live in to get off the streets n away from drugs n the lifestyle I'm in y won't nobody help it's so damn hard....
I live here 10 yrs I’ve seen up and down on this palace and what you heard on reviews is not all true there not a bunch of drugs in here I sleep with just the storm door lock I’ve never had any problems out here and yes drugs are everywhere but this palace has really starting to look good they just need a on site management to know what this palace needs and what kind a people to rent or sale to because if this palace don’t get management on site their going to lose a lot of money and people they hired don’t care cause they don’t live here so I hope they get it to gather I know all reviews says it’s trashy but it’s no different then any another poor. There is a great potential here. Management and the Corporation is doing the best they can to clean up the community. They are overwhelmed in removing old abandoned mobiles and management is only one individual trying to keep the place going kudos to her taking care of everything!
