Went by to look so we know what we are trying to get. It's nice. Seems peaceful and the guy on the phone was really nice. Seems like a community where people respect one another from what I read in other comments and talking to the management on the phone. I love how secluded it is.

Quiet place, Have maintenance but don't maintenance new for new rentals and very slow about helping out to even get a place. very concerning on how they do business, you have to go through one place to get to another place to ask for help and then 3rd party. Is the slowwwww to reply as well.

Needs more tenets and a kid park or pick nick tables some new landscape just to help give it the look it needs.nice quiet place close to everything. Interstates both 465 and 65 3mins downtown 10 to 12 mins Greenwood mall 1o 15 mins I mean its convenient ppl

The place is a joke...dont waste your time..and there is only one trailer available not 4...and the trailer park is half empty for a reason..and april weeks is correct...have to go through a third party
