My husband worked in the area. His stay was short. However, the location of the RV park is very convenient to shopping, fast food and a laundromat. Ricky is is very friendly and will make sure that you get settled in. This a new RV park and Ricky is bringing it together to make it comfortable for all. The park is lit up at night and that was a plus for me. There was ample parking for two vehicles per space. Good people attract good people, others in the park were helpful also. This park has the feel of a close knitted community. Hope you enjoy your stay.

Simple RV park., but nice and clean! Large lots. Owner is great! Very friendly and helpful, goes out if his way to help. Small town, location to job, Walmart, etc. all within 10 min. Laundry Is off site, but 3 min down the road. We totally enjoyed our stay there ( 2 months). Never any problems. Town people were amazing! Only thing... wish there was a on-site Bath 🏠 and Restrooms....(we had some issues with ours in the rv for a couple of days and could have used one). Would highly recommend this park! Will go back if ever back in that area.

I HIGHLY recommend Properties RV Park! My husband travels a lot for work, so we’ve stayed in a handful of different RV Parks and this one is by far one of our favorites. It’s a great location with shopping, fast food, and a clean laundry mat on the same street. The owner of the park is awesome and goes above and beyond to make sure we are satisfied with our stay.

Been here 2 months, and have looked at other parks but this one is located right next to Walmart and a laundry mat. Big points for location! Landlord is awesome as well.
