This strategic location in Parker County places it directly on a major state highway, ensuring excellent visibility and straightforward access for RV travelers. Springtown itself offers the charm of a smaller Texas town while benefiting from its proximity to the expansive Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) metroplex, providing residents with both rural tranquility and urban convenience.

The park's direct frontage on TX-199 (State Highway 199) makes it highly accessible for those traveling through or settling in the region. I’ve been living at Red Roof RV for about a year and a half. I have never felt more at home. It’s quiet and peaceful. Neighbors are friendly. The dog park is a nice place to walk your animal babies. The office offers residents free food and sometimes clothing. Coffee is always ready to be brewed. Sometimes they even have donuts! Management has switched hands 3 times since I’ve been here and I’ve loved all of them. They have been kind and considerate and always willing to work with me any time I’ve had problems. Treat people fairly and they will treat you fairly. April is the newest member of management and is a kind soul. If you just stop in the office and talk to her she will be happy to get you into a lot or help you find the perfect storage unit for you.

Moved here in December. Quiet, RV lots are 40' wide, 50'deep. Plenty of room for whatever ya got. The manager is fabulous and it has laundry and restroom facilities. The on site storage is great if you can get a unit. Current lot rent is $450 monthly and that includes water and electric. If I had complaints they would be that it is a 25 minute drive at minimum to get to 820 N in Lake Worth. And the mail center is inside the office which makes getting mail difficult for me.

The amenities are good.. when they work. Maintenance is constantly needed and never done properly. Dog park is large, but they've had a large outbreak in copperheads. The lot not being properly mowed doesn't help it, either. They constantly have pipes breaking and plumbing problems. 2 months ago there was a change in management from Theresa S. To April. Theresa was excellent. She was understanding, worked with people, and knew that these were people's homes. She lives there and held the same appreciation as the residents. April - that woman is a monster. She's charged late fees 2 MONTHS LATER (charged late fees for OCT rent in DEC, and added it to DEC rent) after saying, "don't worry about it". She accused people of theft for $10 in quarters, and then charged them $100 to their rent with no proof. When they couldn't pay the extra $100 due to restricted income she said, "Get out then!" over a TEXT MESSAGE. Real professional. We have had to defend people from getting towed without eviction, NUMEROUS times. After she spent an hour talking to Sheriffs and they confirmed she needed a formal eviction, she disobeyed and tried to move them 2 hours later without paperwork through a private company. That private company then came out 2 days later and erroneously hooked up to the wrong RV and tried to tow someone else house. So, that was a disaster. She attempts to hand eviction orders to family members not on the property "in hopes they'll pass it on" because she "doesn't want confrontation". She is horrendous. It was beautiful, but she makes it impossible to live there. She does not live on property (which is against their rules) and she gets paid under the table because the owners don't pay the taxes. We were promised fences and speed bumps - that never happened and we have kids that live here. Strangers are constantly coming in and out multiple times. Rules are being changed every month regarding rent policies, what you can and can't do, etc. The feral cat population is ridiculous Drugs: Theresa got rid of all the drug users in the park. Now, we've recently found out that ICE is going around the RVs and people are getting high. There have been tons of baggies found by tenants and they flushed. Sheriff's department has been put there at least 2-3x a week.

This place has it together. First I rented a couple of storage units to handle the over flow of my business. No problem. Once I forgot my security code all I had to do is let them know and they took care of me in a matter of a few minutes. I now rent a RV site and been very pleased living on-site getting to know my neighbors.
