Always been good to my kids, neighbors getting better by the day ( Beautiful View) very nice kind, helpful people in Sanctuary, TX. People always helping people. Great Church right up the St. Lots of good people looking for a decent agreement and safe neighborhood to live in. Always greatful for MDE all the Great memories with family we was able to experience all about helping the tenants was my experience there
They were so very nice and each time they had a problem they were right out to fix it! Couldn't ask for better landlords. Also my situation turned violent with my husband and when I told them I was leaving she said "NO YOU STAY, HE LEAVES" I couldn't accept the offer because I didn't have a job. But in my opinion they were the best they could have been to my family and out situation, so thank you guys so very much!
they work with you on personal levels. i paid to move in, and list my job for 2 months at christmas, management let me stay and get paid up, when my brother died i had to buy an urn for his cremation and they didnt even charge a late fee for my late rent, they dont bother you every nook and cranny and you have the ability to change things you dont like about your trailer
The landlord out there expect you to be a millionaire to rent his rundown trailers the maintenance out there is a joke the plumbing is always back up I would highly recommend another place out there
