Promotions or Special Offers

For an RV park like River's Edge RV Park, which appears to feature private rental lots and a community of residents who may own their spots, "promotions or special offers" typically pertain more to the terms of rental agreements or potential ownership incentives, rather than temporary, widely advertised discounts. While specific, current offers are not publicly detailed without direct contact, here are common types of promotions you might inquire about:

  • Rental Opportunities from Owners: The park likely facilitates rentals directly from individual lot owners. Inquiring with the park management or checking online rental platforms (like RVshare, Hipcamp, or local real estate listings for rentals within the park) might reveal various rental terms, including weekly or monthly rates that could be more favorable than short-term nightly stays at other parks.

  • Incentives for Extended Stays: Owners renting their lots might offer reduced rates for longer bookings (e.g., a discount for a full month compared to daily or weekly rates), appealing to those seeking a longer-term mountain retreat.

  • "Try Before You Buy" Options: If lot ownership is a possibility within the park, some owners or the park itself might offer special rental terms that allow potential buyers to experience the community before committing to a purchase.

  • Referral Programs: Satisfied residents or past renters might receive a benefit for referring new guests or potential lot purchasers.

The best way to discover any current "special offers" is to contact River's Edge RV Park directly via phone. They can guide you on available rental lots, specific terms, or connect you with owners who are looking to rent out their space. Additionally, for any ownership inquiries, consulting with local real estate agents specializing in RV lots in the Blairsville area is recommended.

This is not a campground, you buy a lot here. Some owners rent out their lots for daily, weekly, monthly and more. It is clean, close to Vogel State Park and the mountains. We rented, great landlord no issues. The Park is under HOA rules, and I do mean "don't do...." rules. Everyone is in everyone's business. They ride around in golf carts and stop to gawk if you may be doing something they don't like. During the winter months their so called "maintenance/security" rides his high horse very high. Lots of "cliques", if your not "liked" they WILL find a way to run you out. Heard a story about how they did not like an African American couple and ran them off. If you a have a dog that behaves like a dog, especially an escape artist. Be prepared to be run out. They also will NOT speak to you if they have an issue, if your renting it goes straight to your landlord or owners get letters. We will NEVER stay in another HOA RV Park again.
