Road is fix, except the side road, and I won't recommend living here, bad stuffs can happen, you never know when. (I DONT LIVE IN THAT PLACE NO MORE 😋😋)

It's a ok place with potential the manager is trying to find a reliable grounds keeper city sewage and water within the next month paved roads within a year. Office doesn't collect rent done online. New trailers going in all the time with monthly rent of 800 a month. Within half a mile has everything you would need a grocery store, walmart, dollar general even a veterinarian office and a laundry mat who can ask for more. Yes majority of the community there is Mexican. No one speaks English and ankle biters running around which is being addressed to. Park manager Rusty is very friendly and always on grounds though not in office all the time. One road in and out makes for better safety. Residences need to setup up activities community bbq community lawn sales

Needs some cleaning up but I reacon you get what you pay for! There's nothing that a few dollars wouldn't keep it up and running good!!

It's run down and the place is a hot mess .....if they cleaned it up moved all those abandoned trailers out of it it would be a nice place
