In the world of RV travel, sometimes simplicity and essential services are precisely what you need. RV Parking at Mylan Park perfectly encapsulates this approach. It's not about sprawling campgrounds with extensive amenities, but rather about providing a safe, accessible, and functional place to park your RV with the necessary hookups. For locals attending events at Mylan Park or those just passing through Morgantown, this spot offers a hassle-free option. Its focus on convenience and core necessities ensures that your stay is as smooth as possible, allowing you to focus on your purpose in Morgantown or your onward journey through West Virginia. Location and Accessibility

RV Parking at Mylan Park is located at Mylan Park Ln, Morgantown, WV 26501, USA. This address places it directly within the expansive Mylan Park complex, a major hub for sports, recreation, and community events in Morgantown and throughout West Virginia. For RVers, this location offers significant advantages in terms of accessibility and proximity to key destinations.

The park's location ensures that residents are incredibly close to the various facilities within Mylan Park itself, including sports fields, an aquatic center, and event venues. This makes it an ideal parking solution for those attending tournaments, concerts, or other large gatherings hosted at the park. Beyond Mylan Park, the site offers convenient access to the wider Morgantown area. Downtown Morgantown, West Virginia University (WVU) campuses, and major medical facilities like WVU Medicine and Mon Health Medical Center are all just a short drive away. This is particularly beneficial for visitors related to the university, medical appointments, or those simply exploring the city.

Accessibility from major roadways is also a highlight. Mylan Park is strategically situated with relatively easy connections to Interstate 79 (I-79) and Interstate 68 (I-68), two vital arteries for travel through West Virginia and to neighboring states like Pennsylvania and Maryland. This makes RV Parking at Mylan Park an excellent "one nighter" stop for travelers traversing the region, offering a convenient pull-off point without needing to navigate complex city streets. While the road into the park might be described as "very narrow" and there's ongoing construction in the area, the overall accessibility to Morgantown's amenities and major transportation routes remains a significant draw for RVers seeking convenience.

Promotions or Special Offers

Specific, ongoing promotions or special offers for RV Parking at Mylan Park are not detailed in the provided customer reviews. However, as a functional RV parking area primarily serving short-term stays, business travelers, and event attendees, potential "offers" are more likely to revolve around its pricing structure and flexibility.

Given its "no frills" nature, the primary promotion is often the competitive daily rate for full hookups. While one review cited $40 and another $55, this still represents a highly competitive price for full hookups in the Morgantown area, especially considering the convenience of the location.

It is always recommended to directly contact RV Parking at Mylan Park to inquire about their current nightly rates, any potential discounts for extended stays (though it's primarily geared towards short visits), or any specific arrangements they might have for groups attending events at Mylan Park. As the reviews mention signs indicating "KOA coming soon," this suggests future developments that might introduce new pricing structures or membership benefits once a potential transition occurs. For now, the best "special offer" is likely its straightforward, cost-effective access to essential RV services in a prime location.

To ensure you have the most up-to-date pricing and availability, your best approach is to call them directly before your arrival.

Yes, it’s a parking lot. There are signs saying KOA coming soon. Hook ups on the perimeter were in knee high grass. Only place to walk the dogs with grassy area is a bit of a walk. Didn’t see any restrooms but we weren’t looking since it is fhu. It’s fine for a one nighter or maybe business stop. Lots of construction going on and the road in is very narrow. It was quiet at night. $55.

The people were very kind and took us last minute one night. It is no frills and a big parking lot but with that comes plenty of room to park, level spots, an open sky and overall a safe place to park. Full hookups for only $40 was so nice! Very close to lots of things, we were just driving through for the night but if your local for an event or something, this is a great place to park! We would stay here again.

I septic classify this ad camping but rather parking with hook ups. We stayed here several times and you can't beat the convenience to all Morgantown had to offer. But if you are looking for green grass, trees and campfire - keep looking!

Full hookups at a reasonable price. Literally a blacktop parking lot but met our needs for the weekend. Clean restrooms but didn't find any showers.

We were almost parked in. I would not recommend camping here unless you want to be stuck here. There is no check in that we could find. Again I would not recommend this place.
