Need a lot of work! Lots of empty and trash filled lots available. The roads are falling apart as well as the road falling in at the bottom of the property. Definitely would NOT move a new mobile home onto the property in Italy current state!

Homes look nice. Check your plumbing because they don't, make sure your AC and heater works, if not dont bother calling they won't fix it, they dont answer the phone majority of the time when needed. Quick to put notices on your door but not make sure the home is fit. They also charge $150 for the lawn even if you take care of it yourself. I was not cared for when I moved in and already feel like I can be treated better somewhere else. I was asked for a review. Here's an honest one. None of these homes are new. Refurbished %100

This has been the best experience of moving into Independence Hill. Kayla has been great with the whole process. Nice clean and well maintained. Also want to give a huge thanks to the maintenance man he goes above and beyond for the tenants. Thanks for a smooth moving in process.

Horrible management. Highest rent of all trailer parks in town, just to live in a dump. They went bankrupt and sold in 2018 due to the park being half empty.
